• The incumbent shall have an expert level understanding of accounting function mainly relating to accounts receivable function. You shall be responsible for understanding the various invoice related issues, ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers, follow up for payment of unpaid invoices etc.
• Incumbent shall be able to develop simple accounting entries independently, efficient and accurate data entry and attention to detail will be part of your scope of work.
• You will also be responsible to provide necessary support in the audit of financial statements related to revenue matters and assist the manager Finance on all areas related to revenue i.e developing procedure and polices

• Reporting to the DLA the Legal Advisor will assist to formulate laws, proposals , advise the TRA on the legal aspects of various issues, develop legal documents within the existing legal framework.
• The Legal Advisor shall have a good understanding of the existing legal structure within the UAE, especially those that directly impact the TRA such as Telecom Law, Ecommerce law etc...
• The incumbent shall be responsible to train the other legal advisors, supervise the maintenance of a database of various laws, contracts etc...

Degree in Law with experience in Telecom law would be an advantage

• The incumbent shall be responsible for providing to the management all types of Broadcasting services (sound & tv) and other ancillary services in regulating and developing the broadcasting services sector.
• The incumbent shall also provide direction, viewpoints, recommendations on development and modification related to the Broad Casting services. Deal with all coordination issues at regional and ITU levels for broadcasting services.
• The incumbent shall assist in any other duty assigned by the EDSIA and be responsible for the efficiency of Spectrum management and assignment of broadcasting services.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering with preference for masters

• The engineer spectrum policy shall be responsible for developing, presenting, maintaining and revising the regulatory instruments related to the RADIO frequency in the UAE.
• You shall posses good knowledge of the telecom law, national spectrum plan, and all regulatory instruments of the TRA. Being the focal point for pursuing the development and revision of the instruments, as well propose the technical standards in coordination with type approval section.
• The incumbent shall assist the manager spectrum strategy in spectrum economics and coordinate with international affairs for spectrum policy issues under discussion at ITU.
  

Bachelors in Engineering

3 to 5 years of relevant experience at various levels

• The incumbent shall be responsible for carrying out research and analytical examinations on a broad range of economic areas such as retail price range, tariff rebalancing, universal service, accounting separation, costing models, royalties etc...
• The incumbent shall provide inputs on constructing policies and carry out impact analysis of proposed policies from an economic standpoint. You shall also analyze price change requests, monitor competition trends and prepare periodic reports.
• The incumbent shall also be responsible to carry out benchmarking and research of telecom indicators and analyze financial statistics of the telecom sector in the UAE.

Bachelors degree in Economics, however a masters is highly preferred.

• The assistant Technician shall be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the mobile monitoring station.
• The incumbent shall actively communicate with assistant engineers to maintain and operate the vehicle safety, carry out periodic maintenance of the vehicle and assist the technician and assistant engineer in pre check up of vehicle before monitoring task.
• You shall also be responsible for the vehicle log book and basic operations of equipment. Drive the vehicle carefully and ensure vehicle is neat and clean at all times and maintain dust free cabin housing the equipment.

Diploma/high school from technical institute with 5 years of driving license.

Reporting to the Legal Advisor the incumbent shall be responsible for providing translation services for from Arabic to English and vice versa.

The incumbent shall also be responsible for ensuring the standard of translation meets applicable standards and regulations required by the existing legal framework in the country and region, as well as write, transcribe and proofread translated documents with a high degree of accuracy.
