The TRA is aware of the concerns being expressed by consumer’s regarding Etisalat’s prices for the new BlackBerry Basic BIS service and the BlackBerry Premium BIS service packages. While the TRA considers that it is for Etisalat to fully communicate the details of this new price structure to its customers, the TRA will ensure that Etisalat meets all provisions of the TRA’s regulatory framework, including in particular the provisions of the Price Transparency Policy.
